FC Barcelona players Rafael Marquez and Thierry Henry were Interested By LA Galaxy

With the recent signing of Dmytro Chygrynskiy from Shakhtar Donetsk and the rising talent of Gerard Pique, the playing time for Rafael Marquez has began to dwindle. Eric Abidal has become a staple in the backfield along with of course Captain Puyol. The 30 year old Mexican international desires a starting position and may find the MLS would be his best chance at being in the spotlight.
According to Sport.es the Los Angeles Galaxy are interested in finding a replacement for David Beckham if he does what is expected and leaves the team for AC Milan. The Galaxy in their quest to have a high profile player on their roster to attract fan support are looking at both FC Barcelona defender Rafael Marquez and forward Thierry Henry. Along with Marquez the other player who has been rumored now with not only a move to the MLS but possibly a move back to England is Thierry Henry. Henry, since arriving in Barcelona has been the talk of transfer rumors simply because the young talent upfront for FC Barcelona is so deep. Young Bojan Krkic and Pedro Rodriguez look to be battling out this year for the starting position alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Lionel Messi.
