One of the best defender of the world Rio Ferdinand has been linked with a move to Real Madrid and Barcelona.
The Sun claimed that a source close to the player said: “Rio can see the sense of it.
“Not only would it be a fresh challenge as he nears the end of his career but it would also fit all his projects off the pitch.”
Former West Ham and Leeds player Ferdinand, 29, runs a record label, a football agency, a lifestyle management company, a digital magazine and a youth charity.
“Rio has big business plans which are already taking shape, and it would really take off if he moved to one of the Spanish clubs,” the alleged source added. (Eurosport)
